    I am so very sorry to hear of your tragic loss. Her advice made me nod and giggle..smart nurse! Now when I think of that phrase I will remember a sweet spirit, smart nurse who is in heaven...proably reminding all of us to always watch out for yourself

    and you're so diplomatic.
    when i read about the op's eloquent presentation of her friend followed by the "cya" warning, i didn't expect that advice but the post made me smile.
    i was going to comment on it but opted not to.
    now after reading your post.....well, yes, this nurse really was something else.
    not only a sweet, sensitive spirit but quite the character.
    i'll be smiling along right with you.

    My heart is with you. I lost a nurse friend of mine 6 years ago and I still think about her today.

    Thanks to all who have responded with your kind words of condolence. It makes me proud that my friend left me with a legacy that challenges me to keep it alive in her memory. I raise my glass to her and say Salute!!! May God richly bless you all my friends!!
