    There is another thing they are planning but not telling you. When the inevitable errors occur, the licensed person who is in charge of patient at the time of the error or accident will be scapegoated to the fullest extent possible. Teams of managment people will swarm over paper work looking for lapses in documentation before lining up to rip the poor soul to pieces. No matter that the quality of patient care was purposely allowed to sink very close to the redline, none of them will accept responsibity in any way for the incident.

    How ever did you get this information? Use it effectively however it came about. Do you have a local newspaper? I always wondered why they REALLY send out those questionnaires. I should have guessed.

    Just when you think you have heard it all. I'd write letters to editor or tip off a reporter to have public record then I would document out the wazoo and file incident reports as needed. CYA Chuckie and be prepared to leave because it sounds like it soon may not be a safe place to work

    The money they save doing that will be spent defending against lawsuits, and paying them off. And their "market share" will go down once people find out that the hospital sucks eggs.
