Hi guys

I was wondering if anyone has taken the Test of Adult Basic Education

(TABE) before. If you have, what does it consist of? Is there any study guide for it? Any information would be appreciate.

I took the TABE three years ago, and it was the easiest entrance exam I have ever taken. It consisted of very basic reading, writing, and math skills. I would say that the test was written at an 8th grade level (or lower). The math section basically had fractions, decimals, and percentages. I obtained a study guide from my school at the cost of $5.

I took the TABE last week and I think I missed 3 questions on the entire test and that was only because I couldn't remeber what an isosoles triangle was and stuff like that.

It's pretty simple.

I also took the TABE about a year ago, and agree with the previous two posters. Easy, easy, easy...my only advice would be to maybe brush up on your fractions and decimal conversions if you haven't done them for a while. Other than that, easy as pie! Good luck!

Thank you soooo much guys!!!
