Is it hard to get the reregistration--back into practice after 5 years

Can anyone help me to go through my case and analyze the possibility of getting reregistration? -- passed NCLEX in 2002, MS graduated in 2003, worked till 2004, and entered doctoral program in 2004 till now. I would like to go back into practice after 5 years because of some reasons. Before I apply for reregistration, anyone can tell me the chance that I would get the registration or still need refresher course at the end?----------thanks million!!!!!
