Hello all! I have heard that the government will pay back some or all of your student loans if you work in certain areas/hospitals which are in desperate need of nurses. My loans are mounting already!!! I thought this might be something worth investigating. Has anyone heard about anything like this? If so, how can I find info? Thanks in advance!

Also, if you qualify to get Perkins loans, do it! Perkins loans are cancelled if you work as a nurse. I don't have a link to the specific conditions, how much is cancelled etc. I'm sure some time on a google search can get the details for you.
