Got job interview with ambulatory care

i just called a local hospital and asked about job openings and they had a day shift position open in ambulatory care-gastro and the dept coordinator for ac was right there and worked me in for tomorrow on my lunch hour. i'm so excited. if anyone has any advice on this interview i would appreciate it. i have no experience in this area and have done specialty work since being out of school two yrs ago (dermatology and psych/infirmary).
