Goofy gift for new nurse manager buddy

One of my good friends from work just landed a new job as a nurse manager at a LTCF and I'm in the market to buy her a goofy yet tasteful gift to be in her office. I was thinking something with a silly motivational phrase, like those posters with the kitten holding onto a tree branch that says "never give up," or something of the like… any ideas?
