Is THIS humor?

Was this meant to be a joke?? Seems SICK to me, and not in the least bit funny.

Lighten up! I thought this was funny- although I don't think it willl make the Letterman show! Haven't any of you ever used humor to diminish stress? Sometimes we need to laugh- and it's not against the law!!

Well, yes, humor is one thing, but if I was a burn victim and a nurse said these things to me, it certainly wouldn't diminish MY stress. But that's just my opinion, I didn't think it was funny. But maybe I took it differently than it was meant.

I often use humor to overcome the stress of tragedy, but there are limits. I honestly didn't find anything funny about this post. A burn is not only a very painful tragedy, but it also leaves most patients with lifelong hurdles. Humor is wonderful, but absolute insensitivity is not desired.
