    I think "It depends" should be one of the answers. I said yes, but I don't think all new grads should.

    I think it is fine, but it can be very challenging for a new grad. They should really check the time that will be given to their training and who will be doing the training.

    It depends on the specialty--Yes for NICU, don't know for the others, but I', biased to say "probably". Why waste time?
