this Fall.I was browsing through my workbook this weekend and found a section asking me how I can help patients fulfill their sexual needs
.Needless to say I was shocked:imbar .I want to be a nurse but not a sex therapist.I will be working in a nursing home this summer/fall and the mental images this dredged up were not pretty. Also there was a section on preparing a dead body although this suprised me I know I could handle it if I had to but the before mentioned sex thing :uhoh21: Yikes!!!!!

Another nurse told me that her mother worked in a TB sanitarium, back in the bad old days. When the whether was nice, they put the patients out on a veranda in their beds. After a few days of fresh air and sunshine, it was a full-time job keeping them out of each other's beds.
I agree--it's c.
This infernal computer is supposed to be looking up articles for Psych Nsg! I don't know what's the matter with it. Bad, bad, computer.
