Does anyone know the salary for a New Grad RN at San Ramon Regional Medical Center?

I am curious as to how much San Ramon Regional Medical Center pays their New Grad Nurses, day and night shift.
I can't find any salary information on line. Is this a good place to work as a new grad?

Shhh! If you are offered a job, you should take it. It is too difficult for most to find work in that area so any openings are good news to all the local applicants. Don't know the particulars, but believe the salary will be decent and certainly will be better than no job at all. Good luck.

I am still in nursing school... I have just been researching the hospitals in the East Bay and wanted to know more about them from previous or present employees. I heard from one of my instructors that they are one of the few hospitals that still offers a new grad program in the East Bay and was curious if anyone knew anything about it. I am from the South Bay, so any information is always helpful... Thanks I hope this economy turns around by the time I graduate next year!

I lived in the area for about 10 years and attended school there before that. All I can say is I had to leave because I couldn't find work. I would return immediately if I thought I could support myself there. You are wise to be looking around before you finish school. Do a search on this site and you will find a thread with recent posts about Washington Hospital. It is not described as a desirable place to work, so that is about the only place I know of, to warn people about. Hope you land a job right out of school.

i agree, start searching now. it took me 3 months to find a job at a skilled nursing facility (couldn't find a hospital job) in the east bay, and that is extremely lucky. as for salary at the hospitals here i think (and someone correct me if i'm off), you start in the upper $40's/hr as a new grad.
