Has anyone heard of this? the 40 bed community hospital that laid off myself and most of the other L.P.N.'s last year is now going to redesignate the remaining 2 as this-and post a few more of these positions.The complete job description(they were told) needs some fine tuning-but they will be doing the phlebotomy for the floor( not much of a lab dept.left)meds,I.V. starts and meds(except pushes)I did a web search and could find no info on this -any one have any info?
