Chicago area rn refresher courses

Hi,

I am an RN looking to reenter the field (former L&D) after working with my husband in business for a few years. Any ideas re refresher courses in the Chicago area?

If you've kept your IL license current, a refresher will not be required by IDPR. Depending on how long you've been out of practice, you may find an employer willing to offer an extensive orientation to get you back into practice.

Joliet Junior College offers an RN refresher. You might want to check with other community colleges as well. Good luck!
