I'm seeking my RN license back and needing good ceus
You could try conferences, those ceu books they send in the mail, lunch and learns at local hospitals, state nursing association publications, nurse certification websites like pcnb, and state board of nursing website.
When I only worked part time I use to have to do some CEU's to keep renewing my license, I always used myfreece.com
They aren't really free, but you pay one price and can get as many CEU's as you want in a year. So I would buy a "membership" in July, do all the CEU's I needed from July to December so I could renew my license in January. Then February to June I would do a slew more that would count towards the next renewal.
I've done some ceu's fro, ce elite

Medscape has free CEUs.
Do they report to CE Broker?
