I'm not sure what post you are talking about, but have you tried the keyword search feature? Maybe a couple searches with keywords that you remeber were in the post might help you find it?

Somewhere on the boards is a posting that presents a very long but clear and detailed essay of the ills of nursing today and the nursing shortage. I would love to read it again, but can't find it. It's not the reference to the newspaper article. Anybody know what I'm talking about? Thanks!

bbchick-I think i know the post you're referring to and will get back, as i think its just a matter of time before i find it. i remeber being impreesed w/ how factual it was, so i think i earmarked it in my favorites. if i can find it, i'll get it in this bb. it was a POST, right?

I found it! I thank you all. It was a long posting under another heading and made a nice heartfelt appeal for reform of healthcare affecting nursing. I saved it and am thinking of sending it to local papers.
