CAN YOU HELP ME TRY AND FIND A JOB

I am a British RN, soon to take my NCLEX..When I pass I will need to find a job, however I am not feeling confident at the moment, as I have been out of nursing for six months. What sort of position would you recommend. I have had little experience since I qualified as I moved to the USA not long after finishing my training. Should I be treated as a New Grad? What will be expected of me, as I am use to UK Nursing...What skills will I be expected to know? Please can you help me and offer some advice. Do you think that a back to nursing update would be a good idea. Thanks for all your help......
