It depends on the rules of that country I'm sure - what country? In general I would say no, unless it's a pretty weird country. Every country has different rules about what training and licences a professional needs. For example, just because I'm an RN in the US doesn't mean I can just move to Australia and be an RN there, I'd have to pass their RN test and get licensed. The same goes for MDs, NPs, PAs, etc. In addition, not every country even has a profession equivalent to an NP or PA.
