    Re old topic:-Burned out, any suggestions?
    Take a career break. I did. I worked in a fish and chip shop for two months.It was straight forward, fast,hard work, no responsibilities, no pressure, no worries.
    Time to live a normal life without thinking about work.
    Then I got back into nursing on nights followed by days after a few months. No more burnout, but now other problems, see previous topic.
