Browse Hospital Violation Reports

The Association of Healthcare Journalists has launched a new site where you can search violation reports by Hospital/state (limited to those that have been discovered through Freedom of Information Act requests). I'm sure there are some juicy ones buried in there but it's difficult to just browse them based on the type of violation.

Be sure to share if you find any really good ones.

Oh wow...

Just recently had a great article on AN about how wonderful sitters are. First infraction on this list could have been avoided if the ordered sitter had been present. So sad.
