birth control

I was suprised to find that the insurance company that I have covers birth control pills but the hopital I work for did not elect to have this coverage due to the cost. Since so many women work in the hospital it would be very expensive. I am curious if other hospitals do the same. Please let me know. I am starting a petition in the hospital to get contraception covered.
