Best ICU to work for in CA

  1. Hi! I've been working at an ICU in Torrance, CA for the past half year and was curious what you guys think is the best ICU to work for in CA (both SoCal and NoCcal).

I appreciate that my ICU has a 24 hour intensivist but we are regularly understaffed which is draining. I feel like my management also doesn't take into account what nursing has to suggest for improvements on the unit. Overall, I'm feeling really burnt out.

Most importantly, I want to be part of a unit where I feel supported and has great teamwork. Would love to hear all your opinions! Thanks!
