Ha!! Just making sure. There are some spammers on here that can ruin a post!! Well you have many options....personal loans, loans through financial aid, grants, Mom and Dad (ha!!! I wish!! Everyone is poor these days), military grants/loans/scholarships.....money is endless if you look for it.

Getting money is a real pain in the a** but worth it in the long run. Have you looked into fastweb.com?

Well, I don't have an answer to your questions about the books, but I am accepted into the JU RN-BSN spring semester. I have to admit I'm scared to death. Nursing school itself was very difficult, and the thought of all of these online classes have me a little nervous. I'm wondering if you know if the general education core classes can ALL be taken at the community college and transferred? Or is there a limit? I'm anxious to get started...but also not anxious to part with 1200+ per class, of those classes I can take locally.

Let me know if you have any information on this.

I am currently taking classes with them. The course load is easy....nothing like nursing school. Everything so far is nothing I have never done before. Just kills me that more of the same gets a BSN. The gen ed classes can be taken elsewhere. They have to be, they dont offer any of them. The cost is extreme, but I guess worth it for the convienence. I am going to CLEP some of my classes to save on money. That will save me thousands and months of time. I have about 9 gen ed classes to take and only 7 nursing classes. Dont you just love the fact that if you take art and geography you get a BSN. Totally being sarcastic!!!

Just a tip! Be weary of what they tell you on the phone. They are sales people. There were a few surprises that I found out after I enrolled that just pi**ed me off! Like there are clinicals....those liars! They are nothing to worry about and I really dont care that I have to do it, but at least be honest from the get go.

Email me anytime!:)
