any other ideas? It really would be great if we could all work together, I think!

Would there be support meetings for those of us with the shock of dealing with a system that actually works well . I'm not sure I would know how to act without Presganey, JCAHO, admin that has no idea what goes on in the trenches. Ohhhhh,,can we have admin do shift work, holidays and be sure that they don't get their schedules until a week before each holiday, give them more work than they can do in a killer 12 hour shift and write them up for working overtime, no more "out to lunch " meetings cause they wouldn't get lunch, make inappropriate decisions on how they do their job so that they get nothing important done. Can we wright admin up if they give someone a negative attitude comment , even though they were just cussed out called every name in the book etc... because a pt didn't get dilaudid. Can we change a working system every month so that it never works well again just to keep them on their toes. Wow, for get the support meeting, I feel better all ready ! THANKS !:yeah:

Of course you will have a Hospice unit attached to the hospital eh?

I still need to drive in the country to see patients so that is a thought ok?

BTW - my pet peeve is scripting - can we just be friendly, polite and professional and come up with our own words for it???

I love this idea! Can we have an affiliated clinic? Nurse run, and the NPs can actually have admitting privileges?

That's where I wanna work! We don't have enough nurse run clinics in this country!
