Acute Pancreatits

I am after some information or references / links to evidence based articles about acute pancreatitis. I have things like the UK guidelines to managment of pancreatitis and the general managment bits. I have also found quite alot of information about the use of antibiotics in early acute pancreatitis.

What I am struggling to find is evidence based treatment for nausea and vomiting associated with pancreatitis. I can find loads of information about post op and chemo induced N and V but not pancreatitis.

Just a bit of background - it is for a prescribing portfolio so the pharmacological interventions need to be discussed and evidence based.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks Iris, that is the sort of information that I already had. I think I am going to have to look at nausea and vomiting in a more generic way rather than tailored specifically to pancreatitis and discuss the pharmacological managment generally.
