A Public Thank You

Nurses General Nursing

Somebody (tnbutterfly won't tell me who) gifted me with a year premium membership.

So this is a thank you, random citizen, for the lovely gift. It means a lot to me that someone would do this for me. I'm not even a nurse yet.

I'm not good at expressing myself sometimes but please know it made me cry.

Love to all my friends

Oh how nice! What do you get with a premium membership? I'll admit, I know nothing about that.

Probably some COB in the throes of dementia thinking they were renewing their own membership.

Probably :D

I don't think those COBs are as mean as people make them think they are.

I like 'em.

If THAT made you cry... best of luck in your future as a nurse.

That was a nice surprise.

Of course, excuse me for having emotions. I guess you never have one of those tough days where something nice happens and then water just starts leaking against your will?

Wow. There's nothing wrong with showing a little emotion and being overcome when someone does something exceptionally nice. I might tear up at a gesture like that and am still able to hold my emotions in front of patients/families just fine.
