theres a nursing shortage... supply & demand laws apply..... youre going to have to improve your offer & provide some real recruitment/retention incentives..... or you can always import from Asia..... I hear they have websites for that sort of thing to.

Ya know, it's been my experience that any male doc that is single, esp. at age 45, is one of three things: a total a**hole with a God complex that no sane woman would touch with a 10 foot condom, a 'player' who has made bedding women a sport until now (when he found out he needed a TURP, some viagra, and the hair club for men), or is looking for a BOYFRIEND instead of a girlfriend. Tell me, doctor, which of these three are YOU? Go crawl back under your rock and dial 976-BABE or something. Yuck!
