Endoscopic Sclerotherapy for dilated GJ pouch after gastric Bypass


I work in an Endoscopy lab and one of our physcians has started using Sodium Morrhuate injections for dilated gastric outlet post Gastric Bypass pts. We've done 4 so far and they all have terrible chest pain afterwards. Curious how others handle post op pain?
