Does the ADN/BSN debate apply in this specialty?

I understand that in hospitals, there is little to no difference in pay between AND & BSN prepared nurses. And that there are some differences in opportunities in management positions.

Is that the same for GI clinics outside the hospital?
Does having an ADN or BSN make any difference this specialty?

Thanks for your response!
