Barretts Syndrome(sp)?

Hello! My name is Jennifer, I'm just starting nursing school. I have a friend recently diagnosed w/ Barretts (sp?) syndrome. She has looked on the internet for info, but I know it can be hard to find reputable sources. Any ideas? Also, what do you think about the correlation btw this and stress. Her doc insists there is none, but she has major stuff going on, other health issues too. I want to give her something to make her feel better, I know she is focusing on the Incr. risk of cancer, and she has 2 kids under 3 so she's very upset. Any ideas? Thanks!!!
