Yes, emails are sent out. But today, many ISPs are blocking emails you want, thinking they are spam. Please see:
Help: Not getting allnurses.com emails
If you are a current premium member, you can see your the status and expiration of your of your premium member subscription at the top of the
Paid Subscriptions page found in your user cp.
If you do not see an expiration date, that means that your subscription has expired or your do not have one.
