    Hey guys, thank you for all the support. I did email Brian about this and have referred him to this post, maybe he will see it and agree with us. I haven't heard from him yet so keep fingers crossed. God bless you all ....

    Thanks to ya'll for your encouragement and empathy for the plight of a GN/new RN. I have learned a great deal from the practical wisdom of the "oldsters" on this BB. A GN forum would not discourage me from visiting the other forums. However, when I come home from work feeling particularly clueless, maybe knowing where to find some others who may be feeling like me might help!
