How do I cancel my Paid Membership (Recurring Subscription)?

You can also cancel your Paypal recurring subscription via the Paid Subscriptions page.

In the Active Subscription section, you will find a column named Recurring Status. Our system will show you the status of your subscription - Active, Canceled, or Off. (image below)



If you want to CANCEL a subscription just click the Cancel Status link. You will be taken to your Paypal account with instructions on how to cancel.


If that doesn't work you may cancel directly from Paypal.


Canceling a Paid Membership Directly via Paypal

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
3. Click My money.
4. Click Update in the My preapproved payments section.
5. Click Cancel or Cancel automatic billing and follow the instructions.
