How do I post a question?

How do i post a question ? Is this where it is done? I feel ignorant trying to navigate i really don't know where to go.. HELP!!

I keep posting things in the discussion areas, but I am not getting any replies. Are my posts working?

How do I change the time because when I post something it'll say like 1 am and the time is actually 4 pm. Is it supposed to be in a different time zone?

You need to check what your settings are for time zone

Go to Myaccount in the yellow tool bar above, click on control panel and edit options under settings, scroll down to the bottom an you should see option for time zone, set to your time zone.
