by WANT2BANURSESOON Apr 28, '12Hi there. When I go to allnurses.com, I am logged in and on my homepage near my username there is a red box with the number five in white that is flashing. I click on the box and nothing happens. What does this mean? I feel like it's some sort of messaging alert or something but what do I click??

It's either an unread private message, a friend request, or an announcement from Administration. Click on it and if the latter, just click out of the announcement (x out). If one of the 1st two, just respond as you wish (read pm/accept request).
