Don't have a clue how to post anything

I am a new user and don't have a clue how to post anything other than to respond to others posts. I would like to start a thread but don't have a clue how to I need help with some care plans for clinincal. I just found out about this site and this is my second yr in school.

If you want to start a thread (ask a question) you would go to the forum where you want to place the thread, (in your case one of the student forums), by clicking on that particular forum (you can find the forums at the end of the thread title or in the site map ((top of page)). When you get to the front page of the student forum, you will see a blue icon on the top left hand side of the page that says, "New Thread". Click on that to start a new thread. HTH
