Can someone please tell me how you PM?

Updated Oct 16, 2009 at 07:25 AM by sirI

Since I noticed there are a lot of Moderators here, HOW DO I PM? I am so confused. Thanks in advance for your help.

Once you have 15 or more posts you can send a pm as long as member is set up to receive them. If you look under their name you will see a icon that looks like paper and pencil, click on that and type away. Alternatively you can go to myaccount and click on create message, you will need to know member's name and as you type in the recipient box names will come up to help you choose the right one

If you get stuck check out the How to forum here http://allnurses.com/howto-video-tutorials/

Hope this helps

Hello starsbelieve and welcome to allnurses.

You must have 15 posts before you can send a private message. You may send a private message to a member by clicking the 'Send New Message' link in the private messaging section of your user control panel, or by clicking the 'Send a Private Message' icon that appears in a member's posts when you click on their username.

For more information about Private Messages go to the What are Private Messages thread in the Frequently Asked Questions forum.
