    What does it signify when a username is highlighted in bold at the bottom of a thread/post? Thanks!

    Are you talking about under "Online Readers"? If so, those are the names you see reading the thread. If this is not what you mean, please be more specific.

    In the list of users reading the thread, occasionally, one username will appear in large, bold letters. I think it might signify that the reader is part of the AllNurses.com staff. Is this correct?

    Yes.

    The names in larger/bolder print will be staff members, members who have paid for subscriptions such as Premium/Platinum members, and our AN Guides.
