How long is it normally between when you first find out you passed, to getting a licensing number for an employer to verify your license? My friend already got hers, my mailbox was empty (aside from bills) again today... grrrrrr

In California, I drove up to the BVNPT in Sacramento the day after I got my letter that said I passed and paid for my license. I also got a temporary license at the same time. My name was posted on the BVNPT website 8 days later and I received my permanent license a few days after that.
I received my initial licensure from California nearly 2 years ago. I received my passing result on January 9, mailed my licensure fee into the BVNPT on that same day, and received my license number on January 20.
I took my Nclex on a Tuesday, found results online Wednesday morning, received the letter saying I passed on Thursday and had my license in my hand via mail on Friday. I guess it depends on what state you test in, and how quick their Bon is...(Mine is Az)
I had my results, posting on the BON and license within the week. I am hearing that others have taken a bit longer since last year. It depends on the state you are inquiring about. I hear that in California, and I think Texas, they have to wait close to a month to receive results informing if they passed or not.
