I think Lvn's are referred to as enrolled nurses in the UK but I believe they have been or will be phased out as you can no longer study to be an enrolled nurse in the Uk anymore.

Training ended a while back. Some are still working. They were given the option of additonal education to upgrade to RGN.

Did someone call

I was an enrolled nurse who converted a few years ago to RN. EN training was 2 years and was phased out several years ago Approx 1990 ish. If looking at working in the UK then PN is not acepted by NMC your training has to match UK requirements for RN and currently very hard to get a work permit if not from the UK or EU and that is if a RN.
