I am second guessing my self right now and having a pitty party and not sure of what I want to do.The only thing that I am sure of is that I am confident of is that I want to be a nurse so I wanted to get some other people opinion of what I can/should do. Should I go to summer school to take some classes to help me with my critical reading skills that will help with my reading in nursing or what. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't think there are any classes for critical thinking. But, you can use the time to study the material again, and practice NCLEX-styled questions. You can purchase a Comprehensive Study Guide for NCLEX-PN. There are many companies that write them. Most use Saunders, but there is Mosby, Delmar, Lippincott, Davis, and a bunch of others. I suggest Saunders. Use their CDs to answer practice questions and review the answers, whether they are correct or not, and review those rationals!!
Also, since you will be repeating the class, you should be familar with the professor and the material, which is a plus. Good Luck!
