Wink Relocating and not sure how to go about license change...

Hi, my family is considering relocating to Utah - in the Ogden area. Can anyone tell me how the job opportunities are there for an lvn. Iam IV certified and have worked LTC, Alzheimer Care and Med/Surg. Do you think it will be easy for me to find work there? Any ideas on the rate of pay there? Now, how do I go about getting a license for that state? Do I apply before we go there? Is it relatively easy, or does it take awhile? Are lvns allowed to do many things there? At my hospital - part of CHW - we are allowed to draw blood and infuse PRBCs. Any suggestions and info will be much appreciated!

Good luck with your move.

You will not be changing your license, but actually acquiring another one.
You just want to follow the procedure that they have for license by endorsement. You caqn get all fo the information from the website for the Utah BON.
