Unhappy Reg LPN testing --- HELP !!!!

First of all, I would like to say hi to each and everyone of you and hopefully some of you could help me with my question.
I have taken and completed the LPN program about 4 years ago and do to different circumstances I have not yet taken the nursing boards test to receive my license; Therefore , I have called the nursing board call line to verify if I could still take my exam without retaking the program due to all the time in between and unfortunately i have gotten different answers, so now I would like to know if anyone here knows the answer to my problem.

Perhaps it is different from state to state? I would call your state board office and speak with someone directly and perhaps they can verify the answers you have received.

Yup, check with your state authority. In my province, if you don't write within a year of graduation, you have to do the refresher course.
