Hi I passed my boards for LPN. I am currently on orientation. Everything is so new, but I'm adjusting. My only problem thus far in my opion is my nurses notes. Any suggestions on writing better nurses notes. Oh, I heard the LPNs' will be doing recaps, what are recaps?
