New Grad Pn From Wa Want To Practice In Ca

hi everyone! i was wondering if anybody can give me advice regarding my intention to practice LPN/LVN in CA, I just graduated the PN program in WA, i dont know which move to take, should I take the NCLEX-PN first in WA and just try to get reciprocity in order to practice in CA? or should I directly take the NCLEX-VN in CA? am I even eligible to take the NCLEX-VN in CA eventhough I graduated in WA? I'd really appreciate any insights on this, thanks!
