Hi..I'm a newbie here, hoping you guys can help me. does anyone know how to get an ILLINOIS license from a CONNECTICUT license? I know they call it an endorsement but what do I need to do in order to get a temporary license here in Illinois? do I need to do FINGERPRINTING? please help, I really wanna start working.
