LPN-Traveling Nurse & Interstate Licnesure

I am considering applying to a travel nurse agency.

Does anyone know of an(National) agency that hires LPN's?
My ideal job would be on Noc shift in a nursing home setting, summer months only since I have only been reemployed for 8 months after a long absence of 7 years.

What is the cheapest state to get a license in that also honors the Interstate Licensure?

Currently I am an LPN in Washington State.
