I have a BA in Political Sciences and have my LPN. It matters not at my LTC job, but I got my school nurse job, which is unionized with the Massachusetts Teachers, and I got top level LPN pay which is still less than my LTC gig!!!. The school job is with seriously fragile teens and I love the work but I also love my ladies in long term care.
