not confusing at all. if you decided to go the lpn ladder route, just remember that there might be some down time due to the fact that you need to study for your nclex and stuff. then theres also prereqs for the rn program that you need to complete if you havent. i think in order to make a decision you need to think about what you really want to do in your nursing career. also, think about your financial situation and if you want nursing experience right away.
even though i love being a lvn, my ultimate goal is to become a midleveler and teach the future nurses so if i had to do it again, i wouldve gone straight bsn. but, i make a good living as an lvn and i gain general nursing experience which is also really valuable. soo the decisions yours.
