Help! I relocated to Maryville, TN from WA. I have been searching for an LPN position, in a clinic, that does not require phlebotomy for 4 months. I can't buy a job. Does anyone have any feedback?

Are you desperate to start working? Why don't you start working at a nursing home or LTCF on a full time basis while earning the phlebotomist certification on a part-time basis? In my opinion, this would be better than not earning any money or benefits at all for 4 months.
