Independent LPN Home Care advise

I have been reading a ton of threads on this site hoping to find someone in my area that is an LPN doing Independent Private Duty Nursing and would be willing to share advise on how to get started, etc..Most of the information I have found is older, not in my area?? I would just like to find out some particulars.
